If a course is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it. We refund what you paid.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] and include:

• the email address you used to buy;
• the course (or bundle) you bought;
• how you paid: on courses.boostrand.com (PayPal) or through Gumroad;
• the payment receipt or order number, if you have it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by hand, to the same method you paid with: PayPal, Gumroad, or the checkout on courses.boostrand.com. We cannot refund to a different account or method.

On a Gumroad purchase, Gumroad’s fee (10%) is not refunded.

Your access after a refund

When a refund is made, your access to the course on courses.boostrand.com is removed.

How long it takes

We usually handle a refund request in less than one day, but it can take longer depending on our availability. The payment provider then needs its own time to return the money to you.
